Spray Dryer is used to laboratory production of micro-particle powder by universities, research center and food, biotechnology, beverage, chemical, material, and pharmaceutical enterprise lab.
This method is suitable for the dry process of all solutions including emulsion, suspension, etc. of heat-sensitive materials, such as biological products, bio-pesticide, and enzyme etc. Because only mist size of particle sprayed by machine can get high temperature and the particle is transient heated to keep the active ingredient of those active material undamaged after drying process. |
